Indian Head Massage

Yoga increases energy levels, improves concentration and flexibility. It can be particularly useful for employees who are working at computer workstations for prolonged periods of time as it helps to improve posture, strengthen the spine and aid the breathing and circulation.

Our qualified and fully insured Instructors can provide short sessions, possibly over a lunchtime period or at the end of the working day.

Keyboard Yoga

Keyboard yoga equips staff with simple techniques to use at their desk or workstation to bring about the benefits of yoga whilst at work. These techniques can alleviate tension, reduce stress and help in the prevention of repetitive strain injury and other work-related upper limb disorders. The sessions can be on a one-to-one basis or in a small group.
