Legislation requires one or more competent persons to assist in the management of health and safety. Comply at work is a resource to be called upon when required and you are entitled to designate us a ‘competent person’, and use our name on relevant documentation.

An important benefit of the package is access to unlimited telephone advice and support during the life of the contract, for no extra charge.

The cost of the package includes an agreed number of days of our time each year, and can be expanded to include as many days as necessary. Payment is monthly, by standing order, to assist with your cashflow. This pricing arrangement enables the cost to be spread over a whole year, even if the time allocation is used up immediately.

Discounts are given automatically for any additional work that may arise throughout the life of the contract. Clients who use this service are given a priority response.
